§ 59-4. Exemptions.

(a)

The following transient public lodging establishments are exempt from the provisions of this chapter:

(1)

Any operator of a hotel or motel, as defined under Florida Statutes, or

(2)

Any operator of a transient public lodging establishment with on-site management and, whose TPLE is located in the planned development overlay zoning district, mixed-use zoning district, limited commercial zoning district, or general commercial zoning district.
