§ 2-69. Obstructing law enforcement or code enforcement officer.

Whoever opposes, obstructs, or resists a law enforcement officer or code enforcement officer in the service or posting of any notice or enforcement of this article, upon conviction, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in F.S. § 775.082 or 775.083.
